how to delete servicenow Webassessor account

Hi @arunkumarselvar ,

 

Go to nowlearning account and click on Profile on the top right side, under preferences, you can link your new account.

Hi,

 

I have an web assessor account. I tried logging in today after more than a year. I have forgotten my password and even after clicking forgot password link I am not getting an email to reset my password.

I tried unlinking my account from Preferences page, however, its not working still.

Kindly let me know how to resolve this issues. I need to reset my password.

You will get Create Case, button once you click on help centre.
