how to delete servicenow Webassessor account

Hi @arunkumarselvar ,

 

Go to nowlearning account and click on Profile on the top right side, under preferences, you can link your new account.

Hi Atul,

 

I am in Nowlearning page.Clicked the Help Center tab. However, am not finding create case.

Could you please guide me here.

On right side, of page Create case button will be there.

Hi Atul,

 

I tried creating a case but it did not create.

Instead it populated a knowledge artcile about the same in which it's mentione due to security concerns, some companies might have enabled Barracouda something like this and it blocks password reset.

They have mentioned to provide personal email ID.

Is it okay if I mention personalal email ID and create another account?

Please confirm. Voucher will be provided from my company.

I thought you already created your nowlearning account with new email.

Please create a new now learning account with personal id,

Then log a case.

Hello there,

 

I'm in the last step of completing PA Micro Certification.

  • Enable this widget to follow the dashboard filter.
  • Configure the widget to display separate trends for multiple elements.

This needs to be configured under PA > Dashboards > Change Dashboard > Cahange Management > Change overview
