How to delete widget which is read-only based on its protection policy

Hi,

I have created a widget in sp_instance table and I need to delete it but I dont have the option to delete or to even make it inactive. all fields are read-only and Im getting this message: 'This item is read-only based on its protection policy';

I must delete this widget. Is there any way of doing that? I checked all ACL on sp_instance table and Im admin but I still cant delete or edit.

Based on what you are describing, there won't be an option to delete this.

If it is a company instance, you could try to raise a ServiceNow Support Case for assistance.
