How to detect changes on Multirow Variable Set(MRVS)

Hi All

I want to detect changes that are performed on Multi-Row Variable Set(MRVS). If there is at least one entry on the MRVS another field on the catalog form should be read-only. This is the scenario I want to achieve on a record producer.

How to achieve this? any reference is highly appreciated. TIA

Scenario is like when atleast one row is added to MRVS another field on the form should become read only.
