How to determine which portal an Interaction was created from in ServiceNow

Could you please guide me on how to determine which portal an Interaction was created from in ServiceNow?

Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could share any other relevant criteria used to identify Interaction sources.

OOB Not possible. You might need to create a new custom field on interaction table and set it with your custom logic.
