Go to plugins and locate Spanish Translations plugin,
To disable a plugin or hide the application from menu, refer below link

Rollbacks are possible under certain circumstances, please check if it is applicable to your instance

If you want to change the default language of your instance
Go to System Properties > System Localization.
change the first field to en to change it to english
Note: After a plugin is active, you cannot disable or deactivate it. You can hide the functionality, if needed.
