How to disable export option in the agent workspace

Hi,

I have recently got a requirement to disable the export data through options other than PDF in the agent workspace.

Can someone provide any info related to this.

Hi Sachin,

Thank You for the response but in my case, export button should not be disabled. Rather options in the export button - Excel, JSON, CSV should be disabled.

you can only disable the Export.

Once that is disabled the entire options goes off.

you cannot hide specific button such as Excel, JSON etc

You need to exclude OOB Export list action for your tables and then create new custom export action to allow only Excel,JSON and CSV format export.
