how can i disable tags in colomn in servicenow table

Disable mean, no one can add Tag or It should not visible on List view. For 2nd option, you can create ACL.

You have the option to disable tagging across the entire instance:
To prevent agents from tagging records on the entire instance, set the property in the glide.ui.show_form_tags_bar system to SetType = false.
Additionally, you can disable tags on a single table:
