How to disable this popup for specifically to one table or for all place

I read this article but it's not clear to me

The article states the solution: there are two system properties you can adjust to control the behavior. If it's set to 'prompt' you get the choice, so depending on your requirements, you need to set it to either 'clean' or 'merge'.
