Field is showing sys-id instead of value

Hi All,

Hi All,

 

In the HR profile one field is there "sector ' while opening admin account it is showing value but for non admin person it is showing sys id . i have make display value true for the sector field  still it is not working and "no admin" person can able to see sector table while impersonate.

 

Can you tell me what is the reason .

Ensure that non-admin users have the necessary permissions to view the sector field and its corresponding reference table. If they don't have access to the reference table, they won't be able to see the display values.

 

Review the roles assigned to non-admin users to ensure they have the necessary access to view the sector field and related tables. Roles control what data users can access within the ServiceNow instance.

Could you please check whether user has appropriate role such as roles related to HR profile then have access to the table where sector field record is tagged.
