I need to create an incident using record produce in service catalog, but I have to auto populate the Configuration item related to the user, how to show this value in the record produce automatically?
I tried to use scripting inside the record produce but doesn't work, exist any way to show this value in the variable? if I have the user id (caller_id) how to show automatically the configuration item related to cmdb_ci_computer table?
