How to display business owner approval in a separate related list tab

Hi, I have an issue where the business owner approval (for impacted CIs on a change req) is showing in the Approvers related list tab but I also have a  Business Owner Approvers related list tab and I want to show it in there to so that it is visible in both related lists.  What is the best approach to achieve this?

For fixing this issue, you can check these things in your instance to see if they are defined correctly.
* Check Related List Configuration: Make sure that the relationship for approvals is correctly configured.
* Review Business Rules: Verify that any business rules affecting approval visibility are correct.
* Modify ACLs: Ensure proper access controls are in place for viewing approvals.
* Check Before Query Business Rules: Ensure that your business rules correctly filter and display approvals.

As far as I know, any approval in change go only in 1 tab irrespective it is SO or BO.

I have seen that it is possible to display it in a Business Owner Approvals tab .In this example screenshot, you can see that the BO approval is showing in the Approvers tab but it is also displayed seperately in BO approvers tab. I am trying to achieve the same thing:
