Everything is working. The collection job tuns and returns results. The results are visible in the individual graphs like this:
But the overall score doesn't adjust. It's weird because there are scores but the adjustment formula indicator doesn't appear to be working. I believe that the calculation process is started by the firing of an event when the daily collection job completes but I don't know where to look to see if it worked OR, where else to look to find the solution.
Any ideas?
