How to display Cancel button for End users on Request

Hello,

We have a requirement where we need to show the Cancel button for ESS users when they raise any request, i gone into UI Action and onremoved catalog_admin for Cancel button but still i unable to see the button, can anyone please help me out ?

There was catalog_admin role whihc i removed:

This doesn't work! I've been trying in Kingston and the Cancel Request button isn't displaying. I think it's a known error or I wouldn't be surprised if I'm doing something wrong, too. I just can't seem to find anywhere of how to get this to work.

Did you check Cancel Button under Catalog Defincation -> Maintain Cart Layouts -> Browser Screen - > Order Status Screen _> cancel Request check box ?
