How to display count of open tickets on widget

Hi everyone,

i attached a picture to show what  i want to archive (red number on the picture) . Is it possible to display the count of open tickets on the Widgets next to the names like in the attached picture?

Hi,

If you don't mind, can you please explain by "number of action needed tickets"?

The numbers in red that you've included in your screenshot would be considered a "count of open tickets" based on approvals (for the approval widget) and incidents (for the my open incidents widget). So I don't know if I follow you on that being considered "number of action needed tickets" but more as...a "count" of "open" tickets.

Yes Allen you are right thats what i want tto archive. I just misspoke. Thx, i will edit my post, with better wording.
