How to display Info message from business rule on Risk Workspace?

Hi All,

In the Risk Assessment record from workspace view, I want to validate the user-inputted percentage value for the 'Quantitative Likelihood (%)' manual factor against the selected option in the 'Likelihood' drop-down manual factor.

Conditions:
1. "Likelihood" drop down options: <10, 10-20, 20-30, 30-60, >60.
2. "Quantitative Likelihood (%)" factor is non-mandatory.

3. If user enters a value in "Quantitative Likelihood (%)", it must align with the selected "Likelihood" drop-down option.
We are experiencing an issue with Info messages not appearing on the risk assessment page within workspace. We tried creating a before update business rule which validates 'Quantitative Likelihood' when assessment is moving from inherent to control and if the provided value is not in the likelihood range we have aborted the action. Although this stops the assessment from moving forward as expected, the info message does not show up on workspace. 

Any guidance or support would be greatly appreciated.
