How to display popup window

Hi all, I'm looking for a requirement.. once user logged in the instance then one popup window should display all the incidents (active is true) currently assigned to that user, every time on logged in time only. Pls help on How can we achieve this?

Usually, A Landing Page or a Homepage is set up for this purpose in the user preferences.

Hi @Ravi Peddineni Thanks for the suggestion. Here I'm looking for a pop-up window only, homepage or dashboard is not acceptable solution to the client.
