We are currently moving over to ESC from SP and are also beginning to move workflows over to flows. Something I've been doing in flows is utilizing stages for better visibility for the end-user into what's happening with their request.
A few weeks ago, when testing out flows in SP, it seemed to be showing the RITM stages on the request summary, which is what I wanted. Now, in both ESC and SP, it is showing the REQ stages in the request summary, which in our case is always going to be the same - we use a 1:1 REQ:RITM model with auto approval.
I'm not sure what changed, but I'm wondering if there's a way (with minimal customization) to display the RITM stages set in the flow instead of the REQ stages that are always the same and provide no visibility into the state of the ticket.
