How to display the change cards like Normal, Standard only to a specific group

I have created New Change Models for a different group mimicking the Regular Change Models like Normal,Standard,Emergency etc with some modifications. I have a requirement where I need to display the Newly Created Change Model Cards to be available to that specific group when they click on create new change. Any user if they are not part of that group should not see the New Models when they go to create a new change request.
How can this be achieved any input would be appreciated !!!
