How to display the current user name in the chat bot when the user clicked on the chat bot.

Hai All,

I have the business requirement that, when the user clicked on the chat bot virtual agent,

i want to populate the welcome message as (Hallo {user name}) ,and open tickets as well. please suggest me how can I Change it .

Please help Me on this.

example : 

Hello Sekhar.

you currently have 59open tickets(incident and ritm)

you need to customize the greetings topic

Remember you cannot edit OOB Greetings topic, you need to create new one and add your script there

Then associate this newly created Greetings topic in the configuration

approach still remains the same.

you need to create your customized greeting topic with script inside it and associate this new topic by replacing your existing greeting topic
