How to display the ritm variable details under additional details tab in servicenow portal

HI Community,

Once the request is raised via portal and if i open my request i can able to see these

but when the approver of the ritm goes to my task and open any ritm to approve/reject then under additional details there is showing as empty here i need to display the variable values how can i achieve this

In ticket configuration table i can see for sc_req_item table they have configure all 5 tabs shown in image 1 but im not sure about the image shown in second 

Please guide me on this what am missing

Yes i have checked in to do configurations table > approval record > task configuration tab> request item>additional details

type is showing as variable summarizer but the details are not getting displayed in portal

Note: this is the exact record i tried changing the name and it get reflected in portal

did you check the widget on that hrm_todos_page page?

In the same hrm_todos_page page, for case records under details the variable details are getting displayed but not for ritm
