Hello,
Whenever I encrypt a field, this field disappears in the form. In the document "https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/newyork-platform-administration/page/administer/encryption/task/t..." explained that "The selector appears only for users who have two or more encryption contexts to choose from. Users with either one or no encryption contexts do not see the selector."
How can assign encryption contexts to users or roles? Why can I not see the encrypted field in the form even I am security admin and elavete my role?
Best Regards

If you aren't already seeing the encryption context on the roles table, you can configure the form layout to add the encryption context field. You can also personalize the roles list columns to show the encryption context there.

Follow the steps listed here. You will need to add a field to the default role form.

Hi there, I found this thread when I was looking for the same answer. I also found the issue to my problem and that is that you can not see the field even if you impersonate the user with the role.
To verify that it was working like it should, I had to log out and log in as the user with that role and then go to the form where the encrypted field was.
Good luck and hope this solves your issue!
