How to do ServiceNow integration with Sage

We have a requirement to integrate servicenow with sage app which is hosted on SQL database with the below fields:
Asset, Serial Number, Description, Manufacturer, Model, Pickup date.

I don't find much documentation on this. Can we make use of Sageconnect app offered by SN on SN store or configure a REST integration? Can anyone please provide some inputs?

You can do both. It just depends on how you want to move forward. If you create it yourself, you own it. Any update needed, will need to come from you. The Store app will be updated to be compliant with every new ServiceNow version.

Downside of the app: if they no longer offer it, you will still be able to use it, but it also becomes something you have to update/fix yourself if needed. It also contains 4 custom tables and because the app is free, those tables will count towards the number of custom tables you are allowed to use.
