How to download incident record in excel format

I want to download incident record with data in  excel format.Thanks in advance!!

Hello @Naga14 ,

There is OOTB functionality for this. You can go to list view for incident table. 
You can get the required list of incident by applying the filter.

After than you can click on 'Column_name' of any of the given column -> Export -> Excel.

For this requirement, we already have UI Action to export the records. Do you want to create another button?

You can export the data from List view,

Right click on columns > Export> Excel
