How to duplicate a non-existing related list record in a change request record

Hi ,I'm TK
I am looking for a way to achieve the following functions.

(1) Change request records are copied. The records in the list related to the copied record are also duplicated.
(2) The duplicated records are saved in the same referenced state as the original.
