How to edit condition in 'Total CI' in CMDB Workspace

Hi All,

How to Edit condition in Total CI in CMDB Dashboard, currently it showing all ICs including retired, We need only Operational CIs. Please assist where to modify the condition.

Hi Saranya,

I am assuming that you are checking the OOB CMDB Dashboard you can just go the All reports (sys_report) and search for this particular report name in that list search with "Total CI" you should be able to find them.

If its OOB please be advised its best practices to copy the report and do the changes as reqiured on the filter condition.

I checked the source, but Base aggregate Data table is mentioned,there is no cmdb_ci table .

Yes, you can add conditions similar to how you have conditions on the state.
