How to edit message in SC Catalog Item widegt

Hi recently we have upgraded our instance to Madrid, and there were some issues with "SC catalog Item Deprecated", so we changed the widget to "SC catalog Item".  but now we had a message which was displaying after the item was submitted in "SC catalog Item Deprecated" which is now not showing in "SC catalog Item".

We did a few modifications in the "SC catalog Item" but are not able to get the message.

Can any body let me know how can we edit the widget to get this message.

hello yes i forgot to mention before our is a record producer, can you let me know what changes needs to be made for record producer?

Did you replace your custom widget with OOB widget on sc_cat_item page?

yes i i did i made a custom page and replaced the widget there
