Hi recently we have upgraded our instance to Madrid, and there were some issues with "SC catalog Item Deprecated", so we changed the widget to "SC catalog Item". but now we had a message which was displaying after the item was submitted in "SC catalog Item Deprecated" which is now not showing in "SC catalog Item".
We did a few modifications in the "SC catalog Item" but are not able to get the message.
Can any body let me know how can we edit the widget to get this message.

Just to be sure:
Do you have the redirect on or off after submission? Are you staying on the submitted Record Producer which turns read-only or are you redirected to a different page with a summary of your submitted Request? (does make a difference for the widget code unfortunately)

When i tried your code it was redirecting to the OOB ticket page after submission but we would like it to redirect to our home page that is the index page after clicking on submit.
