I don't think this is configurable. You'll need to customize that page/component in UI builder.

Actually you can try customizing this script include (i think this is what's driving the data)
instanceName.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=sys_ux_client_script_include.do?sys_id=4c36c1e3b77c3010e69dbc16de11a9a1

 

However, I would stay FAR away from this type of customization. Especially since SN keeps rolling out updates to SOW.

Instead, maybe create your own variant landing page instead.
