How to empty conditional fields in Catalog Builder Item when the fields are no longer visible

An employee in my company has created a Catalog Item in Catalog builder. There are quite some conditional fields that become visible when certain options are selected or checked.

When the user is filling in the form, but then switches one of the options that changes which fields are visible, however the fields that are now invisible still have the value that was filled, and retain these values in RITM and SCTASK. Can I empty these fields easily or do I have to create a UI script for this?

Found the answer I was looking for. Within Catalog Builder, as a condition on a question, you can set it invisible and clear its value at the same time.
