Hi all,
I have a requirement to enable linking of KB article from Problems > On the native UI > SOW view I have added that through the list control and "Edit" is visible and able to link KB to Problem on the related list from there, however > same record or any Problem record on Service Operations itself does not show any button. "Attached Knowledge" related list is an ootb one and "Edit" button shows on Native UI (SOW view) but not on the workspace itself > Anyone know how i can enable this on workspace? Thanks.
Solved! Go to Solution.

Hi @Sam198
Greetings!!
It is designed as per process and we cant add the edit button in Attached Knowledge related list.
The KB will get attached automatically.
1. Activate plugins - Problem Management Best Pratcies
2. After activation, you will get a UI action (in related link) - Create Known Error Article
3. Now when you click on UI action, it will create article and it will get added under Attached Knowledge.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
