How to enable Amazon Connect to support running in a VDI environment.

Hello Team,

 

To send the actual audio stream via a separate CCP. Is there a media-less option to configure the ServiceNow CCP to run in media-less mode, which provides the data that ServiceNow needs for screen pop while the audio is streamed to a local CCP?
