How to enable Approve and Reject buttons on change form with service operations workspace?

Hi Team,

Already we have Approve and Reject buttons on the approver form from sysapproval_approver table , when we open the change in service operation workspace(SOW) able to see those buttons, but we needs to enable those buttons on change form when we open the change record in service operation workspace. Can any one please help me how to do that.

Open the Related UI action, at the bottom you will find check box for workspace to make button visible for workspace too..

Hi,

It works if you check the "Workspace Form Button"

the "Workspace Form Menu" should be false
