Hi Team, can anyone help to resolve this. My PDI instance is not waking up from last couple of days, tried Wake up but did not help. Instance name- dev321888

Hello @InnusMulani ,
Just go to https://developer.servicenow.com/ and log in with your ID and password to wake up your instance. Wait for 10 minutes it will automatically wake up. If that doesn't do the trick, you'll have to grab a new instance.

Hi @InnusMulani
As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you're limited to two options:
- Wait, it should automatically come online again after some time
- If you get tired of waiting, release you instance and request a fresh installation. Notice, all development work that hasn't been backed up will be lost for good.
