How to enable auto assign.

Can someone tell me where I can enable auto assignment?

I want to auto assign HR Cases within a group based on skills.  But looking at the documentation i keep getting stuck at what is probably aneasy one.  It say the below.  But i can´t see where the option to "Enable auto assign" is.

  • If the Requests are assigned via auto-assignment option is enabled, requests are automatically assigned.
  • If the Tasks are assigned via auto-assignment option is enabled, the tasks in a request are automatically assigned.

Haven't worked on HR module but would guess that sysrule_assignment will work for auto assigning
