How to enable / configure agent assit in custom workspace record page

Hi ,

I am working on creating a workspace , i want to know how to enable agent assit on the record page 


I want to give ai features to agent

Hello @D9201559 

Table Name = sys_ux_screen and sys_id = 468f70f443b47110cc25ff53e9b8f296 is Active due to which you see this little Agent Assist icon on the right contextual pane of any record within Service Operations Workspace:

If you update Active to False then you won't see it. 

You need to create the same for your custom workspace application scope.
