How to create a customer satisfaction survey .

Can anyone please provide steps to create survey .

Hi @nameisnani ,

You can navigate to the View Surveys under Survey module.

There you will get "customer satisfaction survey" If that is false make it true.

If you want to triggered that at specific condition apply that triggered condition under related list.
