How to enable Doer Checker process in Incident and Change.

Doer/Checker: When this is enabled. Below fields should populate.

Doer: Free Text

Checker: Free Text

Doer/Checker Comments:

Ticket can be closed only when these 3 fields are filled out.

Hello Arun,

You can do this i.e set field visibility or set it to mandatory based on conditions via UI policy
