How do i add/enable "Give feedback on Service Portal"

Hi I had a similar requirement, where I had to add feedback drawer widget to a custom portal. I have the required EC pro version. So the steps for adding these widgets in custom portal is
1) Create Feedback feedback definition and feedback configuration record for the custom portal
Can you inform me what should be done next?

hello @Community Alums  , were you able to add the feedback drawer to custom portal ? I had a similar requirement too.

Hi @pri , From what I understood by trying in PDI is that by following the steps I mentioned in above comment will only work if the Theme of the custom portal is EC Theme. 
Note - I only tried it for the Feedback drawer widget.

Hello @Community Alums  , I tried with EC theme as well and it worked in my custom portal. Do you have any idea on how to embed in a custom theme ?
