Change Flow Designer suddenly throwing error

Hello Team,

The Change Flow Designer is throwing below error 

It is just setting the Approval State to Approved,

We haven't made any changes in the flow and also the Same Flow is working in other instance.

Please help me to identify the issue

I think that update record action need whole record from data pill to recognized which record should updated 

but you are providing one single field value may be. If you provide more detail about that update record action then it will more easier to resolve.
