It doesn't work, can you please share "cloned the stock header widget" in xml file.

 Even though I have 8 active languages but it only shows 2 languages, any I checked the server side code it gives available languages but not populating in list , please help.

have you enabled all the language plugins ?

plugin name start with i18n for respective languages
