how to enable rollback on washington release servicenow in scripts background

I've just checked out and no rollback is available on my PDI running Washington release

 

I also entered in Script Execution History module and no rollback appears there

 

any ideas how to enable roll back?????

 

I'm also running snutils.

I see the Rollback can be selected in the Related links section on that form.
