how to enable the visibility of attachments in servicenow only for the callers and assigned to field

Hi All,

 

I'm new to Snow Scripting and have a use case to enable the visibility of attachments on an incident table only for the callers and assigned to the member field. How can I achieve this, I went through this forum, online n youtube looking for a solution, but no luck yet. Thank you so much in advance

you can use table level READ ACL on sys_attachment

what did you start with and where are you stuck?
