How to enable Virtual agent to Service operation workspace?

I need to enable the Virtual agent in Service operation workspace for ritms

Hi @Naveen Kumar  I mean you are talking about Agent Assist?

go to sp_agent_chat_config.LIST  and create a new and in portals add service operation workspace
