How to enalble ""is not one of" operator in the fileter

Hi,

I need to run the  filter with "is not one of" operator . But in servicenow instance i am unable to see it . Please help to enable it .

In the Sub category , i am unable to see the "is not one of " operator in the filter .

Seems some issue with community not sure how it is showing 8days as my 1st reply is 13days ago and the subsequent response which was marked correct was on same day i.e. 13days ago which is the 1st response with the details.

I'll admit the following first response was made 14 days ago before mine but the subsequent replies were not. It was made 5 days after mine.

As per the email screenshot shared I did receive my response was marked correct on 14th Nov which is 13days ago from now.

So it clearly indicates the subsequent reply was also on 14th Nov.

Had it been posted 8days ago then email wouldn't be received.

Also if it was 8days ago then it would have been after your response but it isn't.

@Dan Bruhn @Pradeep Sharma It is possible to check exactly when the replies were actually posted here in the forum? Ankur is claiming that the post that's currently marked as correct was posted (currently marked as 9 days ago) was actually posted 15 days ago and the date of the post in this forum is wrong.

If this forums are using ServiceNow, it seems to imply there is a bug. Would greatly appreciate if ServiceNow would check. Thanks.

The claim here is that the chosen reply was posted before I've posted mine.

However, pasting screenshot with detailed steps is in the style I reply to questions. So the claim is that the reply was made in the way I reply to questions and was made first without looking at my reply.
