We have created few fields on the Catalog item table and we need the these field value changes to be not captured in the update set when we do any changes to the Catalog item itself, Is it possible? if so how can I achieve this?

Hello,

I suggest you capture changes and whatever changes you do not want to move it forward then open update set and under 'Customer updates' open record which you want to exclude and either delete it or just select 'Default' in picker.

Hi Akshay,

You cannot block those fields until you change the current update set to default.

The other option is to let them capture but before moving that to higher instances you can move those changes to default update set that will remove the unnecessary changes from being moved to other instances.

How to move changes to other update set.
