how to exclude record producer from SC popular item widgets in servicenow

Popular = popular. If you don't want to use this as it is intended by ServiceNow, just create your own widget showing the Items/Producers you want to show there. If many people are using that RP, than it's a popular one.

Go to the portal and press + Ctrl right click on the widget -> Go to instance options and uncheck include record producers checkbox
