I have the field u_site (Reference field to u_original_sites table) on the incident table. How can I make this field expandable in order to show other fields from u_original_sites table?

The reason is that the type is a "list" field and not a reference to a related table. It should have looked like below (see the "type" field:
A list field can't be expanded as it doesn't relate to anything. If you need to have it expanded, you need to create a new reference field to the specific table, and put it in instead of the current "site" field .

Search for "Show Related Fields"
Then you will be able to see all the related fields

Before searching for any fields on the "choose field" in filter, just scroll to the bottom in the dropdown and you should
be able to see Show related fields and click on that. Check the screenshot.
Now you should be able to see reference table fields.
