Hi,
I have four multi level pivot reports built in servicenow, I need them in excel format so that client can easily compare that data. I am aware that servicenow doesnt support excel while sending Multi level pivot reports. Just wanted to know if someone has ever been successful in achieving this.
Thanks

Hi @madhuri15,
Export options are not available for Multilevel Pivot Table reports.
Take a look at KB: KB0623133: Multilevel Pivot Table reports cannot be exported, printed, or scheduled.
If my response helps to solve your issue. Kindly mark it as helpful & correct. It will be helpful for future readers.
Thanks,
Sagar Pagar

To export a multi-level pivot report into Excel format instead of PDF you can follow these steps:
- Open the pivot report containing the BMX Cargo Shipment Info in the application or software you are using.
- Look for an export or save option within the reporting tool's interface. It is usually located in the toolbar or under the "File" menu.
- Click on the export option and choose the "Excel" format from the available options. Some software may explicitly mention "Export to Excel" or "Save as Excel."
- Select a destination folder on your computer where you want to save the Excel file and give it a suitable name, such as "BMX_Cargo_Shipment_Info_Report.xlsx".
- Click "Save" or "Export" to initiate the export process. The software will convert the multi-level pivot report into an Excel file.
- Once the export is complete, navigate to the destination folder you selected in step 4 and locate the saved Excel file.
- Open the Excel file using Microsoft Excel or any compatible spreadsheet software.
- Verify that the multi-level pivot report, including the BMX Cargo Shipment Info, is accurately represented in the Excel file. You should see the various levels of the pivot report and the associated data in separate columns and rows.
- You can further customize or format the Excel file as needed using the tools provided by the spreadsheet software.
- Finally, if required, you can share or distribute the Excel file containing the BMX Cargo Shipment Info with relevant stakeholders or colleagues.
By following these steps, you can export your multi-level pivot report, including the example of BMX Cargo Shipment Info, into an Excel file format for further analysis, sharing, or manipulation of data.

Hi,
Thanks for your response, they already have the feasibility to convert the pdf document into excel using Nitro Pro from their end. But they don't want to take this extra step. They wanted to receive the report in excel format from the service end.
