How to Expose the Account Sentiment field at DSI level for Support Management

Hello Devs
I have got a requirement stating that I need to expose the Account Sentiment field at DSI level for support management.
Now the thing i did not get is:

What does it mean s at DSI level, Is it saying that I need to do it in DSI record ?
And for support management they are saying that there are users who are in diffrent groups and those groups are called as support management. I need to do it for those groups.

Please tell me how to achieve this and please explain What is DSI level and how to expose that field to those group.

Can you tell me the process of bringing that field to DSI record ?
